Chauncey Brooks Andrew is the Recruiting Manager at Roblox and the former President and Board Member of The Recruiters Association. He has worked extensively with founders, C-level executives, and other talent leaders to attract top talent and develop successful teams, especially in scaling startups and high-growth companies. Danielle Klebanov Danielle has been in the recruiting industry for 6 years now and is currently leading a team at Lattice after spending 3.5 years growing her career at Hired. She came to Lattice after completing her Masters in Organizational and Consumer Psychology because she wanted to pair what she learned educationally and on the job to build a recruiting program from scratch. She’s excited to share more on her experience recruiting remotely through this crazy year. Nathalie Grandy Originally hailing from Montreal, Canada, Nathalie spent the entirety of her career as a recruiter within the tech space after graduating from the University of Michigan in 2012.
